Management & Leadership Training
Business customers are catered to with tailor-made training solutions as well as the very popular series of School of Business leadership and management programmes. Businesses we have worked with include Lion Nathan, Fletcher Building Group, Southern Cross Healthcare, NZ Post, Auckland City Council and a large range of other large organisations as well as a number of small and medium entertprises.

Public courses are also available for First Line Management Level 3 and 4.

Youth Training Programmes
Youth training delivers foundation skills and employment skills in a practical and interesting way. Students are assisted to pathway on to further training or employment in their chosen field. One course has a Maori focus and the other pathways to jobs in carpentry and related trades.

Career Pathways (carpentry) - National Certificate in Employment Skills, level 1
Ak-T-v8 (youth course) - National Certificate in Employment Skills, level 1

Training Opportunities Programmes (TOPs)
Training Opportunities Programmes offers vocational training in the hospitality sector for Work and Income NZ referred clients.

Hospitality, Food & Beverage - National Certificate in Hospitality (Food and Beverage), level 3

Straight 2 Work Programmes

Straight 2 Work Programmes are short (4-8 weeks) programmes that are designed to deliver only the essential skills required by the industry for the trainee to successfully gain employment. Once in work support is provided as required. Straight 2 Work Programmes are funded by MSD for Work and Income NZ referred clients.
